Meet Our Leadership

Pastor Marcia Williams is a devoted servant leader, author, educator, and community advocate committed to helping individuals experience healing, purpose, and transformation through Jesus Christ. She serves as a Pastor at Abundant Life Purpose Center, where she leads ministries focused on faith, restoration, and community outreach.

With over 17 years of experience as an educator, Pastor Marcia has dedicated her life to mentoring youth and strengthening families. She is the Founder of Women in Pursuit and Teen Girls In Pursuit, initiatives that empower women and adolescent girls through mentorship, leadership development, and personal growth. She also serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Challenge 2 Change, a nonprofit youth mentoring organization focused on trauma-informed care and community empowerment.

Pastor Marcia holds a Master's Degree in Human Services with a concentration in Trauma and Crisis Counseling, along with degrees in psychology and early childhood development. She is also a Certified Transformational Life Coach with training in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) studies and certifications in addiction and recovery services.

She is the author of Women in Pursuit and the Founder of Embrace Life Marital Coaching, supporting couples and families in building healthy, faith-centered relationships.

Her life's mission is to help people turn pain into purpose and walk in the abundant life Christ has promised.
